I'm not certain how to phrase this. Despite being menopausal and on 3 different mood stabilizing drugs i'm actually interested in sex. Thats a good thing, but my husbands work out is interfering He comes home complaining of being sore and is in bed by 9. I have told him i can't compete with this. I might get a courtesy fuck once in a while but its getting impossible. I have an appointment with my therapist on thursday but i am so peeved.

Any way to fit it in the workout after sex? But I have to agree With the above comments, after workout sex is great, and scheduled sex is far better than none!
I hate how women get a bad wrap on desire for sex. Hubby is a good lover but quite vanilla and not nearly often enough for me. I am menopausal also but have as much (or more) libido as ever. He is just tired and sore a lot too.
The endorphins released after sex are some of the best pain relievers you can have. After a hard workout, a hard fuck makes it all better, in my opinion. Good for you for wanting it and keeping yourself involved. A lot of people would just give up
Maybe schedule it? I know its doesn't sound exciting but knowing it's scheduled in the day will make it happen?
